We live way out in the country in Texas and we love it; very few neighbors, only cows, four dogs and three cats.

Keep thinking country. You will get there.

~Edna~
plumthicket.blogspot.comEdna Bridgeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15925105698091351800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107214640468165693.post-45549067706163811442008-05-16T18:23:00.000-07:002008-05-16T18:23:00.000-07:00Can your husband meet my husband?Your yard looks b...Can your husband meet my husband?
Your yard looks beautiful!
Pat's on the back to the man in your house! :)Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04375322958403855580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107214640468165693.post-25756660863365729572008-05-16T18:22:00.000-07:002008-05-16T18:22:00.000-07:00Can your husband meet my husband?Your yard looks b...Can your husband meet my husband?
Your yard looks beautiful! I too hate where we live. It is a tiny row house in a new neighborhood. It is like living in a barn as a cow standing in our own little spot while seeing and hearing everyone around us. We can actually look straight through the houses in front and back of us without getting off the couch. I hung lace curtains everywhere to get some privacy. That is why we bought Cranberry Cottage. We needed some peace. Our garden here is a postage stamp and I only wish I had your space. But everything here is too expensive. Holland is a very full little country where a tiny bit of land costs a fortune. I too had said I wanted to bloom where I am planted on my blog some time back. It is an ongoing thing you must work on when you feel your geographic location is wrong. Things will change for both of us one day if we focus on what we want. At least, I am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it is so. :)

Hugs ~
HeidiHeidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05306674979528881706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1107214640468165693.post-49283481261158915332008-05-16T12:05:00.000-07:002008-05-16T12:05:00.000-07:00Heidi, I think yout yard looks amazing!! I agree, I don't like living in a neighborhood either, I would much rather be out in the country on several acres. However, if I HAD to live in a neighborhood, your house looks pretty great! LOL

oh, and I am not from the UK, nor have I ever been, but I think the stone wall looks VERY British ; )Tonyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08110277749380524804noreply@blogger.com
