Pink Saturday & a "Bit of Blue"!......

Friday, November 7, 2008

This room is courtesy of the designing team of Diamond & Baratta. The mix of patterns & textures... & the saturated colors of blue, just come to life with the addition of a splash ofthat glorious "pink"! Welcome to another "Pink Saturday"!...graciously hosted, as always, by Beverly @ How Sweet The Sound"....This week for me, "pink" is taking on the supporting role to the always & ever popular color "blue"!......"Blue is a classic"......always behaving & usually minding her manners, ....except when her bright & beautifully boisterous sibling is near.....This is when "blue" shows us all what she is truly made of...she stands right up to "pink"....& in doing so gives her best performance ever! She exhibits an almost "regal quality"......and in the end, she has only "pink" to thank.....After all, "pink" always leaves the audience wanting more!.......

An incredibly charming arrangement of flowers!.....created by the always innovative floral designer,.... Jane Packer. The combination of blue & pink is once again simply breathtaking!
