An "Early Spring Pink Saturday"......

Friday, February 27, 2009

It is "Early Spring" here in California, & with it comes the arrival of the sweetly demure "ranaculas". Quite soon, they will be blooming everywhere, in a wide variety of colors!....but none more exquisite than the ones in "palest pink".......Wishing you all a very enjoyable "Early Spring Pink Saturday"!......Thank you to Beverly at "How Sweet The Sound" for hostessing!

Are those real flowers? They are definitely nice additions to the house. Any girl would love to receive those flowers. The light pink makes the flower looks so soft and sweet.

Hello Heidi,

What beautiful pink flowers. It is the starting of spring here in east Texas. Flowers are blooming and the grass is starting to get that lovely green color associated with spring.

Happy Pink Saturday.

Hi Heidi, I love ...Ranunculus in the spring. In fact, I went to Home Depot today and bought 15 plants to put in a planter out back. I planted the root balls the end of summer and not one came up :( I was so bummed. I love your soft pink ones that you have pictured!
Happy Pink Saturday

How pretty; I never knew the name of these flowers, I thought they were some kind of rose.
In New England our first signs of spring will be the crocuses. Then it will probably snow again and cover them all!

Happy pink!
