Rhondi's.... "Welcome Fall Party" is Today!

Good Morning Ladies, ..... My friend Rhondi @ "Rose Colored Glasses"is hosting a "Welcome Fall Party"! Afterall, it is the official 1st day of Autumn, so I am thrilled to welcome in this gloriously beautiful season with a party!...... For me, Fall means taking time to enjoy all that this time of year has to offer!.........I am planning on enjoying a few cool, Autumn afternoons with a warm blanket, a stack of new magazines & a cup of hot tea!
I also am so inspired with the lovely Fall colors, that I look forward to setting a few tables with my brown transferware, & my orange pinwheel quilt!
And of course what would Fall be without "long walks",.... enjoying Mother Nature's lovliest show!
But most of all, I am so looking forward to "moving back inside my home"!...."Cozy-ing up" every little corner, with quilts, soft pillows & warm rugs!.....I am such a homebody.....& this time of year just speaks to those of us who are!......I welcome Fall with open arms!....& am wishing you a wonderful season as well!......Thank you Rhondi for such a sweet idea!......Your friend, Heidi XO

I love all of your fall pictures but fell in LOVE with your table setting! I would love to see a picture of that beautiful quilt (I bet you made that) and would also love to know what dishes are beautifully placed on top of it!!!! Happy Fall!

Heidi, your pictures are so pretty and cozy. Your dog is precious. :) Our big lab thinks she's very at home in the big leather chair. We let her sleep there as long as she wants.
Fall is such a warm and inviting time of year. Living in the deep south, we don't have the change in seasons, but I still love all the fall colors.

I am loving your newsletter and all the pretty things you are working on for the holidays and anyday.
I recently ordered a swivel vanity stool for my bedroom from Ballard's and went out on a limb (for me) and ordered it in leopard fabric. I kept thinking I had seen it somewhere and it looked great. As I caught up on your blog, I realized it was your sofa. If I ever purchase another sofa it's going to be leopard because I love, love yours.
