Happy Pink Saturday to all of you!.....Here at our house "babies" are very much on our minds, since my niece, Kylee is expecting a little one in April!...We are all very excited for her & in the midst of planning a shower in a couple weeks! So much fun!.....So this week I thought this darling Anne Geddes photograph was perfectly appropriate for how we are feeling!....Thank you Beverly at "How Sweet The Sound" for hostessing!......Your friend, Heidi XO

Oh how sweet...come by and visit me this week...I posted my friend's baby shower from last week..I think it turned out very nicely..I used lots of ideas from friends and family to create a real pink and girly shower!

My gosh, BABIES! How can anything be more exciting or precious or heart-stopping than BABIES! My rocking chair is always gassed up and warm for a round of rocking with a baby!

Babies are such a gift. I too am getting baby crazy. My son and his wife are expecting our first grandchild in July. I think I am going to burst with excitement before then,I can't wait. Pink Saturday is great fun. This is my first week and I have to say i am totally enjoying meeting everyone and visiting their blogs.

My friend and I were recently discussing about technology, and how integrated it has become to our daily lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as technology further innovates, the possibility of uploading our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's one of the things I really wish I could see in my lifetime.
